The short version

You must be 18 or over.
It's a free game played on the honour system. Results are self-reported and nobody verifies them.
Commendations are game awards. Matching a published military number isn't a qualification, an assessment or an endorsement by any armed force.
Exercise at your own judgement. Stop if you feel unwell or in pain. The game gives no medical advice and doesn't set safe training targets for you.
Be decent in squads. Captains can remove members and hide activity, and anyone can report an item.
Don't try to access other people's accounts, squads or private results.
